Forget New Year’s Resolutions…. Do this instead

The other day I was working with my coach, and she had me complete a simple yet powerful activity that allowed me to get crystal clear on my vision for 2023. I have never been a fan of new year's resolutions, or the whole “new year, new you” thing, so when she first told me what to do, I kind of rolled my eyes.

However, within 5 minutes, I was able to see exactly what was right with my life, as well as what was wrong with it. I learned what to do more of so that 2023 would become my best year yet, and what to stop doing so that I wouldn’t live with regrets.
