  • Our time together is a confidential and judgment-free zone where you are safe to share your deepest struggles and biggest dreams. I help you gain clarity around your goals for work-life integration, wellness, and self-care, then guide you through a process of self-discovery as you identify what’s most important in you life. Along the way, I’ll provide you with tips, tricks, and tools to facilitate the changes needed to reach your goals.

  • I’ll be honest with you, there are many puzzle pieces involved in bringing life back into balance. You’ll be spinning your wheels for the long haul unless you find and address the root causes of your current challenges. So together, we’ll uncover those causes, and create a focused action plan to restore balance to your body, your mind, and your life.

  • My coaching program is based on the evidence-based principles of functional medicine, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy. As a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and School Psychologist, I’m experienced and qualified in helping people apply these techniques, work through challenges, and build on their successes to keep moving forward.

In Functional Medicine, wellness is made up of multiple dimensions. These dimensions are interdependent—which means they rely on each other. If one dimension is out of balance, the other dimensions will be, too. And in order to feel energized and overcome burnout- we need to address each of them.

Case Study: Coaching Works!

A client I’ll call B. initiated coaching with me to enhance their relationships and broaden their social connections. Within the first three sessions, they recognized the fundamental importance of prioritizing self-care for building meaningful connections.
