Employee Health & Wellness Solutions

Transformative Workshops for Stress Management, Resilience-Building, and Burnout Prevention

Workplace stress & burnout is a matter of life and death.

Shockingly, each year, nearly 120,000 lives are lost due to the effects of workplace stress and burnout, with a staggering $190 billion spent on associated costs.

Our wellness programs provide actionable solutions to combat these issues, fostering a healthier, happier, and more resilient workforce while contributing to a culture of well-being in the workplace.

Imagine:

  • If there were tangible techniques for increasing engagement, morale, and resilience.

  • If there were specific steps for increasing health, decreasing stress, and preventing burnout.

  • If there were proven methods to increase employee energy, productivity and performance.

You don’t have to imagine it!

We’ve developed an innovative workshop framework that fosters connection and empowers participants to make simple shifts for meaningful results in well-being and career satisfaction.

Within a structured and psychologically safe environment, participants’ experiences are honored and validated as they develop a deep understanding of the protective factors found within human connection, self-compassion, character strengths, and purpose.

Collaboration and interaction is facilitated to support peer-to-peer learning and sharing of best practices. Everyone leaves with a simple and sustainable action plan to integrate these strategies as a way to navigate life’s challenges, reduce stress, and reignite professional fulfillment.

“Amy knows how to connect with her audience with respect and compassion. As a participant in her trainings, you feel seen and heard.”

– Kari Hamilton, K-12 Special Education Teacher,
Cherry Creek High School, Greenwood Village, Colorado

Anonymous Feedback from Workshop Participants:

Wellness workshops are NOT a panacea, nor are they intended to replace a comprehensive wellness initiative. However, as an important piece of the puzzle, they play a pivotal role in supporting staff.

Let’s be clear: Burnout is a pervasive issue that must be addressed collectively and multidimensionally.

Organizational wellness requires ongoing action and long-term planning among all stakeholders- it is not the responsibility of individual employees alone. Yet while advocacy to challenge systemic problems and collaboration to improve organizational culture takes place, individuals can be empowered to manage personal factors that support their health and well-being.

Research underscores the powerful interplay between work environments and mental health. Offering professional development opportunities focused on enhancing social-emotional skills, stress management techniques, and building resilience not only promotes mental wellness but also yields significant benefits in terms of performance, engagement, retention, and the overall well-being of employees.
